Q. What skills are required to setup a site?
A. It requires very basic knowledge of HTML. It requires absolutely no knowledge of CGI scripting or programming.

Q. Am I limited in the look and feel of my the site ?
A. No. You retain complete control over the look and feel of the Web site.

Q. How long does it take to set up my site?
A. We will usually have your account setup for you within 2 business days.

Q. My site is already set up someplace else, do i have to move it?
A. No, only if you choose to. If you want to keep your existing webiste where it is, All you do is create a link for the shopping cart section of your site.

Supporting large or complex sites

Q. Is there a limit to the number of products supported?
A. No, there are no artificial or architectural limits built in.

Payment & Security

Q. What types of real time payment options are available?
A. We fully support CyberCash and Authorize.net.

Q. We need very tight security on our site. What security system does Univox work with?
A. Univox's storefronts runs at the HTML page level and is therefore compatible with all security systems in use on the Internet today. On the HTTP server side, it is fully tested and integrated with SSL switching using Microsoft IIS or Apache Webservers. You can also download your orders in secure mode using SSL.

Order Delivery

Q. How do I get my orders?
A. Our storefronts will notify you via email that you have received an order. You will then be able to securely logon to your web based order management system to view, archive, and delete orders. Confidential information such as credit card info is never transmitted via email and by using Cybercash, credit card transactions will be processed using industry endorsed SET secure technology.
